Originally from Turkey, Almila Gozen grew up in a family of real estate attorneys and real estate developers. This immersion, starting at a very young age, laid the foundation for her immense passion for the real estate industry.
Before moving to Los Angeles, Almila pursued a career as an engineer while living in diverse locations across the United States including Virginia, Washington, DC and Texas. Over time, she decided to turn her passion for real estate into a career and joined Sotheby`s International Realty. Almila has also partnered with her architect husband and founded a real estate investment firm and general construction company, both of which operate in Southern California.
Almila is eager to go above and beyond the expectations of her clients by finding the most rewarding opportunities in the market, focusing on what best suits their needs and desires. Whether it is buyers looking for their dream home or seasoned investors looking for the best return on their investment, Almila will assess her clients’ needs and come up with the most profitable and desired outcome for every transaction. Additionally, for sellers who are looking for the highest potential value for their properties, she can present these properties not only to domestic, but also to international buyers.
As a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Almila is well prepared for the complex transactions that may occur for international clients. To render the experience as smooth as possible, she provides her clients in-depth insights of the local real estate market and trends throughout the entire process.
Well-connected in the industry, Almila can also provide resources such as contractors, architects, concierge service providers and real estate attorneys, where and when needed. She is affiliated with the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors (BHGLAAR), the California Association of Realtors (CAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
