Jim LaHa’s passion for real estate lies deep in his roots. Born and raised in the Chicago suburbs, he has followed in his father’s footsteps. Now as a second-generation realtor, he brings his first-hand experience and insight from growing up in the business to all his clients. His diverse knowledge of every type of real estate including condos, townhomes and single-family homes, as well as his work with developers on new construction projects, gives him the versatility and flexibility to meet clients’ needs. Jim and his wife, Colleen, now call the South Loop home. They enjoy being close to the lakefront as well as to downtown Chicago and all the city has to offer.
