Peter, a lifelong resident of Chicago, is also a lifelong fan of Chicago: its people, its neighborhoods, its architecture, its museums and the Chicago Cubs.
He has lived in historic Old Town for the past 29 years, and has had the opportunity to see the way his neighborhood and others change over time and how that affects real estate values. Peter has been active in the Chicago real estate market since he first purchased, remodeled, and sold a condominium in Old Town 30 years ago. In addition to owning a landmark property on Crilly Court, Peter has been active as an investor in residential condominium properties, as well as commercial retail space throughout the city.
Prior to getting his real estate license, Peter traded commodities on the floor of CBOT for 25 years . Both his real estate and commodities trading experiences taught Peter how to adapt to changing markets and to identify and value assets in advance of the markets.
