Lisa Proscia-DePaulis

Lisa began her real estate career focusing on the emerging new construction market in a suburb of New York and began developing marketing plans and working closely with builders, architects, contractors. This included responsibility for all aspects of land procurement, the building and zoning permit process, designing/amending plans and ultimately construction oversight, marketing, managing sales centers, and sales to new homeowners. These projects and developments have ranged from small semi-custom to expansive luxury homes, commercial buildings and aiding in negotiating purchasing multi-million dollar land tracts.




Lisa is an active member of the Hun School of Princeton community where she serves on Parent Council projects and volunteers for the Development Office. She is a member of the Arts Council of Princeton, NJAR, Mercer County Board of Realtors.
