Local Expertise. Global Connections.
As a Global Real Estate Advisor, Lisa Good understands that real estate is not a one-size-fits-all industry and has used her knowledge of an exclusive niche and her understanding of luxury sales and market data to enjoy twenty years of successfully closed real estate transactions.
Focusing on luxury estates, new construction and vertical living, her areas of expertise are Las Colinas/Irving, Southlake, Westlake, and Uptown. Good is also active in the popular rural area of Argyle. Extensive travel has afforded the opportunity to build strong networking relationships on both the east and west coasts and internationally for discerning clientele searching for a pied-à-terre or vacation property. As a resident member of both the Four Seasons Golf and Sports Club and Las Colinas Country Club she has vast experience with golf course properties.
Using a cutting-edge approach to selling, Good utilizes modern marketing and influential social media coupled with proven traditional venues in representing her clients and recently even navigated a sale via FaceTime.
An accomplished agent, Good has been recognized as a Top Producer for the Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty’s Southlake office, voted by Best of Denton County as its top Real Estate Seller Agent, has appeared with her listing on HGTV’s House Hunters International and was a candidate to appear on Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing: Dallas. In 2018, she appeared in an episode of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles and completed the Million Dollar Agent Master Class under the direction of the show’s star, Josh Flagg. She has been featured twice in Living Magazine's Women in Business and Who’s Who in Real Estate. Argyle Living magazine featured Good on its January 2017 cover, with an article inside called “As Good as it Gets.” Good is a long-standing member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and is e-PRO internet-marketing-certified. She is one of only three Dallas-area agents listed in the duPont Registry as an Elite Agent and whose homes have been recognized in its Top 10.
A Texas native, Good returned to the Dallas area after graduating from the University of North Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in marketing and writing. After years as a freelance technical writer in some of Dallas’ top industries, Good decided to put her entrepreneurial skills to work and switch her focus to real-estate marketing and sales. She is married with two daughters, one of whom attends the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC majoring in professional photography while the other attends BIOLA University in California studying film production. During her free time, one might find Good writing her popular lifestyle and travel blog or revving it up at the Texas Motor Speedway to race autos to raise funds for Speedway Children’s Charities.
