Tom Dreyer

Thomas (Tom) Dreyer is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a certified Luxury Property Specialist. Widely regarded for his attention to detail and communication skills, Tom has gained extensive experience since 1994 negotiating the purchase and sale of properties in all price ranges including single-family homes, multi-unit rentals, vacant lots, large acreage, and luxury estates. Dozens of longtime Marin and San Francisco families have sought out Tom for the sale of their trust and probate-estate properties due to his expertise in more complex transactions. As a result of his service and integrity, Tom received the 2013 and 2014 Marquee Award for upholding the highest levels of professionalism and ethics, as well as numerous achievement awards during the past 23 years as a Realtor-Broker Associate.


Tom was elected 2016 President of the Marin Association of Realtors (MAR) which serves approximately 1,600 local Realtors, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of MAR.


A native of Marin County and a U.C. Berkeley graduate, Tom spent his early career in marketing and project administration with ESPRIT de Corp., San Francisco and Interview Magazine, Los Angeles. Today, Tom lives in Mill Valley and is the father of two lovely young people. With three generations of friends and family in the Bay Area, Tom's network remains active in both San Francisco and Marin business and cultural circles. He has served on the Board of Directors of the California Film Institute, which produces the Mill Valley Film Festival and operates the Rafael Film Center, and is a past supporter of The Laurel School, Marin Country Day School, Oak Hill School and the Autism Society of America which serves children with serious neurological disorders.


Beyond the office, Tom enjoys attending live music events, riding his mountain bike and "slogging through jazz tunes on an old Gibson guitar.” His professional ethos is to advise clients with all information “on the table” to achieve the best possible return on the biggest investment in their lives. Tom takes pride in representing a range of clients at different price points - from $500,000 to $15 million – knowing that worthwhile properties exist at all levels. Tom joined Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty in 2017 to further his already seasoned career.
