Norman Reinik

Norm Reinik is a long time Big Bear resident and Realtor. He and his wife, Linda Reinik, have been licensed as real estate agents for a combined 60 years. Both were part-time residents and landowners in the 1960’s. In Big Bear, Norm was a building contractor and ski area manager prior to becoming a Realtor in 1989. He was instrumental in the successful beginnings of the Big Bear Oktoberfest, was a director of the Chamber of Commerce, a Rotarian and a member and chairman of the Municipal Advisory Council prior to the incorporation of Big Bear Lake in 1980. He was elected to the first city council and was mayor of Big Bear in 1987-1988. More recently, he served for 9 years as a director of the Big Bear Association of Realtors and was named “Realtor of the Year” in 2003.
