Bruce Carta

Specializing in Steamboat Mountain Area properties and Rural Resort Living, Bruce currently works with The Boyd & Berend Group and can handle all of your real estate needs to help you navigate through the Steamboat market. A fun fact, Bruce was featured on an episode of HGTV's Log Cabin Living, Season 2 Episode 6, in which he helped clients find the perfect log cabin retreat while filming the TV show. Bruce started his real estate career in 1990 working for some of the Top Producing Realtors® in the Aspen/Snowmass area. Soon after, he became a partner and opened the Aspen Real Estate Company office in downtown Aspen, Colorado. Being a resident of Colorado since 1981, he has been through many of the real estate market's ups and downs. After relocating to Steamboat Springs in 1996, his career has included working in marketing of the Steamboat Ski Area, selling vacation ownership at Trendwest Resorts, and providing specialized Real Estate Marketing reports while working for a local title company. The past President of the Yampa Valley Fly Fishers / Trout Unlimited Chapter which works closely on river conservation efforts in the Yampa Valley, Bruce spends much of his spare time exploring Colorado and the desert southwest with his lovely wife and son. His hobbies include traveling the world, skiing, mountain biking, scuba diving, fly fishing, fossil hunting, rock hounding, and being outdoors.
