POOH STEELE

Pooh has been a full-time residential real estate agent in the Richmond area for 36 years. She enjoys meeting and working with clients and is dedicated in both the buying and selling of homes. She prides herself on repeat business. Pooh has been a consistent top producer for the last 15 years. She is knowledgeable about the Richmond area and tackles all real estate opportunities with energy and a positive attitude. Prior to selling real estate, Pooh was in elementary education teaching the third and fourth grades. Over the years, Pooh has given generously of her time to volunteer activities. For a number of years, Pooh was an active member of the Richmond Junior League and is now a sustaining member. She has served on the Vestry of St. Ma ry's Episcopal Church, where she continues her work on the Altar Guild. She was on the Board of the Virginia Home, a home for people who are unable to care for themselves. At the present time, she serves on the fund-raising committee for the VCU/Massey Cancer Center. Pooh devotes her spare time first and foremost to her grandsons and to attending their sports activities. She enjoys travel, cooking, entertaining, and spending time with family and friends at her vacation home in the Blue Ridge Mou ntains. She attends regular Zumba classes, and enjoys hiking in the mountains. Pooh and husband, Bill, are avid gardeners. Her garden was open in 1996 for Historic Garden Week in Virginia. Pooh works with Bill and her two sons, Taylor and Bo, and with one daughter-in-law at The Steele Group.
