Aaron Soderlund is a seasoned real estate broker with well over a decade of experience. There are many emotions that are involved with any real estate transaction. I feel it is my job to help you balance the emotions with the financials and the desired end result.”
Aaron has worked with young first-time homebuyers, seasoned life experts selling their long time homes to move into active adult communities, investors looking to 'flip' or rent houses, families selling estates and people suffering through our difficult market and having to sell their homes as a short sale. Throughout each and every one of these transactions he has prioritized professionalism and care. Having travelled all over the United States, Aaron explains that he has seen many beautiful places but believes that there really isn't anywhere quite like the Seattle area. “The combination of trees, lakes, & mountains make this area more beautiful than anywhere else that I've been in the U.S. Crossing the bridges over Lake Washington on clear day says it all. And with our traffic, you get plenty of time on that bridge to enjoy the view!
Seattle has so much to offer besides beautiful scenery. With Microsoft, Boeing, Starbucks, Amazon and the different ports, there is no end in sight to thriving businesses, which also translate into great home values. With sporting events happening all year long between the Mariners, Seahawks and Sounders, there is something for everyone.”
Aaron knows our Eastside exceptionally well, having grown up in Bellevue, then moving to Redmond and Woodinville with his wife beautiful wife, Beth. He attended Eastside Catholic High School in Bellevue before moving on to attend Washington State University, graduating with a degree in Public Relations. He has a deep love for any and everything Cougar. When not busy at work, Aaron and his wife love to travel with their two boys, Nathan and Josh. They also enjoy taking in the stunning Pacific Northwest with family and friends, and frequenting local restaurants. They are actively involved in the communities of both Redmond and Woodinville, and support and work with organizations, locally and nationally, such as Young Life, Compassion International, Children of the Nations, Habitat for Humanity and several others.
