James Whalen

An English native turned "Malibuite", James Whalen has been working in the industry for over 25+ years. As one of Malibu Sotheby’s International Realty founding agents it’s safe to say his knowledge and connection to the city speak for themselves.

James’ years of experience in not only real estate but house flipping as well, gives him knowledge about issues that could affect his clients’ welfare in the future - and he gladly points these out along with the other reasons why a home would or would not work to fulfill their dreams. He truly believes in honesty and transparency when working with clients, for it allows for an authentic decision.

James lives just south of El Matador beach where you’ll find him either with his family, paddle boarding or watching the latest premiership soccer game.
