Sherry Newman

Sherry Newman joined Marketplace Sotheby's International Realty in 2014, bringing 17 years of real estate expertise with her. She specializes in new construction, resale and relocation, with an intimate knowledge of Eastside properties as far as Olympia. Sherry is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), and her consistent record of exceeding clients' expectations keeps them coming back year after year.

Sherry's unique background sets her apart in the industry. She previously owned her own construction company, which means she understands construction literally inside and out. She is results-oriented and communicative, an expert negotiator with deep knowledge of agency law. Sherry especially enjoys helping first-time homebuyers, making sure they are at ease with every step of the process. When she's not busy making clients happy, Sherry is out enjoying the great Northwest herself, hiking, camping and creating memories with family.
