When Lang Associates merged with McLaughry Associates in 2007, Staige became CEO of what was Lang McLaughry Real Estate, a firm serving both Vermont and New Hampshire with approximately 140 Realtors and 22 Staff, in 16 offices. In January of 2015, the business evolved once more to become Four Seasons Sotheby's International Realty, through merger and acquisition of two additional regional leaders, Vermont Country Properties Sotheby's International Realty, and Four Seasons Sotheby's International Realty. The firm today is made of 18 offices, over190 Realtors, and 40 dedicated Staff.
