A graduate of Georgetown University Law School with over a decade of luxury real estate sales experience at Sotheby’s International Realty, Adam Moniz specializes in Carmel-by-the-Sea properties and draws on the vast network of contacts and resources he has built to help clients navigate the high-end market. His unique combination of experience, expertise and legal training blend to transform complex transactions into smooth and seamless experiences.
Actively involved in community affairs across the Monterey Peninsula, Adam was nearly elected Mayor of Carmel-by-the-Sea in 2010, receiving over 46% of the vote. A member of numerous local organizations and non-profits, he is a past President of the Board of Directors of the Carl Cherry Center for the Arts as well as a past Trustee of the Friends of Sunset Foundation.
A recognized local expert on the Carmel real estate market, Adam is frequently quoted in the Monterey Herald, Monterey County Weekly and Carmel Pine Cone newspapers. He has a BA from New York University, a JD from Syracuse University Law School and an LLM from Georgetown University Law School.
Adam has ranked among the top ten producing agents with Sotheby's International Realty on the Monterey Peninsula. He lives in Carmel-by-the-Sea, where he enjoys all the village has to offer.
