Jon Grogan

After working for nearly a decade at the world's most prestigious commercial real estate company (CBRE) as a commercial real estate appraiser (resulting in the valuation of over 3.5 Billion dollars worth of multifamily properties), Jon Grogan, decided to pursue a field where he could help individuals and families, not solely corporations. He knew his master's degree in counseling psychology combined with his exceptional analytical real estate talents would be a great fit to support owners, buyers, tenants, and vendors navigate through the difficulties of a real estate transaction. What better way to accomplish this than to faithfully serve in the geographical area he is most familiar.the South Bay. Jon is also the owner of South Bay Property Management Pros, one of the premier residential property management properties focusing on nicer single- family homes, condominiums, and townhomes in the South Bay area since 2012. Jon has his California Real Estate Broker and Certified General Appraiser licenses.

When he is not out selling, managing, or overseeing property renovations, he enjoys sailing to Catalina or around the Bay out of the Redondo Beach Harbor. In addition, he enjoys spending time at the beach, exercising, hiking in Palos Verdes, and having happy hour drinks with his friends and family at the pier(s).
