Greg has decades of negotiation experience and has been a full-time Realtor for 13 years in the South Bay. Greg’s business model is simple – treat your client’s property as if it is your own. Understanding value is only part of his team’s role, it is looking ahead, understanding potential issues and helping clients prepare for or avoid them as they move through the process. All of that with very personalized service that clients can trust and rely on.

Fortunate to work with a wide array of clients from first-time buyers, to investors, to clients looking for that special luxury property. The goal is the same, for buyers to not just be excited the day they get the keys to their new home but also five years down the road when they look back with a sense of satisfaction that they made a purchase that worked well for them and their family.
