There is a reason why a career in real estate has long held fascination for those outside the industry. The ability to create your own schedule, develop your unique career and control your future is very appealing. Those who are successful in real estate manage their time to develop new business while working the business in hand. Megan’s role is to provide the support you need as you define and build exactly the real estate business you desire.
During the past 15 years, Megan has held positions in real estate management, strategic development and consulting. In these roles she maintained the perspective that the most important task of a real estate manager should be the coaching and guidance they bring to their team. Jameson Sotheby’s is unique in the Chicagoland and Barrington markets because our behavior is agent centric. This is such a philosophical match that Megan joined this principled company to enhance the strength of Jameson Sotheby's International Realty in the Barrington and Northwest Suburban real estate market.
Megan’s strength in real estate management is the ability to fine-tune a coaching program around the specific growth plans of each agent. Whether branching out into a new market or price range, making a leap in production or building new business as a new agent, Megan works with each agent to cultivate their business plan. In addition, the support and guidance offered as part of Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty empowers the brokers to define their business around the luxury of service.
After growing up in Edison Park and Park Ridge, Megan spent many years in the DePaul area before moving out to Cary, Illinois. She is the proud mom of three amazing children. Megan and her husband love to golf, love attending college football games and look forward every year to the NCAA Final Four Tournament.
