Vincent Sparacino

Vinny's initial foray into the world of business was working as a wholesale beer distributor in Watertown, NY. During his 16 years of owning and managing the distributorship, he negotiated deals with numerous retail chain store buyers and managers, developed and implemented many marketing and sales techniques and interacted with consumers on a daily basis. After selling the business, he moved to Lake Placid in 1992 where he owned and operated a motel. Vinny's experience in the hospitality industry has given him the opportunity assist thousands of visitors with their unique interests in housing and the multitude of activities that are available in Lake Placid and throughout the Adirondacks. Since moving to Lake Placid, Vinny has accumulated a vast knowledge of the village and outlying areas, giving him the acute ability to help and guide his clients throughout their real estate transactions. His personal experience of both the buying and selling sides of two businesses and residences has given him a keen understanding of a client's perspective. Vinny is active in the community in which he lives and works as a member of the Lake Placid Lions Club, past member of the Saint Agnes Parish Counsel and Saint Agnes School Board. He enjoys biking, hiking, running, cross country and downhill skiing. Vinny competes annually in the Lake Placid Half Marathon - and is prepared to go the extra mile to serve you with your Real Estate needs.
