To say real estate runs in her blood is an understatement. Mckinze grew up in a real estate family who owned a real estate brokerage and an architecture firm. Mckinze spent her days growing up watching every aspect of the real estate world from property management, investment strategies, land acquisition, feasibility studies, land development and more. Mckinze's passion has always been for uncompromising client service, at every price point. She is focused on keeping her clients well informed and well represented every step of the way. Intimate knowledge of an expansive library of neighborhoods is rare yet required when working with Relocation clients. Mckinze also provides disposition assistance in the state where the client is moving from while overseeing the brokerage team in the sister city. She has a vast network of global real estate advisors for her clients who own real estate or are moving outside of Colorado.
