Local Expertise. Global Connections.
From working in politics and fundraising as well as communications and marketing, Kyle knows how to sell. As a member of the Leaders Circle at Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty boutique firm, he networks with top agents and colleagues to bring you high-level teamwork and opinion. Kyle has spent the last six years working on the sales team at Museum Tower. He has worked on the sale of Museum Tower since 2013 when Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty took on the listing. The team has sold 107 units accounting for 93% of the total inventory of the development.
During his time selling at Museum Tower, Kyle has handled everything from the first phone call to the final walk, all while performing the normal listing responsibilities of marketing, touring, negotiating and reviewing contracts. He has nurtured strong relationships with the majority of the agents who sell luxury listings in DFW. He has worked closely with the property management company and has also managed third party vendors and contractors.
Kyle enjoys developing strategic, results-oriented sales plans for his clients. He is a graduate of the St. Mark’s School of Texas, grew up in Highland Park and currently lives by White Rock Lake. This gives him access to a broad contact base, bringing his listings the right buyer. Along with his tenacity and communications experience, he uses a variety of technology tools to sell a home. Before joining Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty, Kyle played a significant role in important civic and political campaigns. His work in the political arena includes a re-election campaign for a North Dallas congressman, and, later, the presidential campaign of Rudy Giuliani, for whom he led statewide fundraising events. He also hosted the former Mayor of New York to Dallas on multiple occasions.
At the University of Denver, he focused on business and communications. He has raised funds for the non-profit Safer Dallas Better Dallas, an effort that included raising more than $18 million to meet the needs of the Dallas Police Force. At Reeds Public Relations Corporation, he led numerous civic campaigns. Kyle discovered his calling in 2009 when he joined Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty as a full-time real estate agent.
