Sherrie is still proud of her first sale at 11 years old at her family-owned business The Fig Leaf Boutique. She has a passion for people which she combines with her incredible energy and old-world work ethic.
Sherrie’s extended network of clients includes an illustrious international clientele including the Head of the United Nations. She is a people person and is consistently praised for her trustworthy character and instant familiarity amongst clients. She conducts herself with the utmost professional integrity and is known for her enthusiasm, effort, and creative customer service. She loves connecting to her clients on a personal level and helping them achieve their goals.
Sherrie has a distinguished professional career having spent 32 years as a certified and licensed NJ Public School Foreign Language teacher. Her professional repertoire also includes Legal Arbitrator and Interpreter for the Municipal Court System as well as Fortune 500 Companies. She also holds a U.S. patent for a popular product sold in Bed, Bath, and Beyond and Target!
Sherrie’s real estate career has included working for Sebring Associates Excelsior II Luxury apartment rentals, Keller Williams, and Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty.
Sherrie believes in serving her community and has Chaired on the Smile Forever Foundation, and volunteered for Shelter Our Sisters, a non-profit foundation. She has also volunteered as a translator assisting victims of domestic abuse. She is also proud to have been nominated for the Russell Berrie Foundation Unsung Hero Award in the United States.
Sherrie is a proud mother of 3 sons, all consummate professionals. Her son’s professional accolades include a Portfolio Manager for Sabby Capital, a Senior Associate for Cushman & Wakefield Global Real Estate (NY), and an Associate for JLL real estate (Jones Lang LaSalle).
In her free time, Sherrie enjoys spending time with her cherished family, especially her children and grandchildren. Her passions are working diligently for her clients, animal rescues, and competitive ballroom dancing.
