I work diligently with both buyers and sellers alike, to ensure that the price of a purchase or listing is accurate. When you list the house properly, it saves both time and money, when the bank appraisal is in line with the listing price. Satisfaction for me, comes from a buyer or seller who is eager to refer their family and friends to me, knowing that I will take good care of them.
