Carolyn Boyle

Carolyn offers her clients a wealth of knowledge to guide their real estate experience. For sellers, her strong analytical skills to effectively price properties, combined with her extensive experience staging homes, ensure they command the highest price potential for their home.  For buyers, Carolyn's in-depth knowledge of the neighborhoods of Belmont and surrounding communities, strong marketing skills and real estate passion ensure they find the home of their dreams. Prior to embarking on her career in real estate, Carolyn worked as a commercial lender after graduating from Amherst College. She received her MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management. Carolyn then spent twenty years in consumer product marketing at Welch's and Kraft Foods before transitioning to a consulting role with Belmont Savings Bank, guiding their community involvement and charitable giving. Carolyn has lived in Belmont for twenty years with her husband and three children. She has been active in the community through her extensive volunteer work for the Foundation for Belmont Education, Chenery Middle School and Wellington Elementary School PTOs and Belmont Activities Committee.
