When dealing with a property with multiple contracts and representing the seller, Mary is an expert negotiator to secure the best offer for the seller. As an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), Mary is excellent at screening properties to meet her buyer requirements and successfully positioning her Buyers to win deals on sought after homes.
As a graduate from the University of Delaware with Bachelor of Science in Consumer Economics, Mary is active with the alumni association. In her spare time, Mary is an avid photographer and gardener.
