2019 marks Paula’s thirtieth year in real estate and her eleventh year with the Waterfield Sotheby’s family. Her vast experience, loyalty, and attention to detail set her apart from the rest.Paula has lived in Winchester for over forty years and has great knowledge of the town and its surrounding communities. Her children and grandchildren have been educated through the public schools, with two of her daughters becoming teachers within the system. The schools are Winchester’s greatest asset. She works with the Winchester Foundation for Excellence in Education (WFEE), contributing a portion of her sales to the enrichment of the Winchester Public Schools. She has also been with the En Ka Society for over 25 years. She is a longtime member supporting the values of this women’s non-profit organization which gives back locally through grants.Paula’s positive attitude and family-oriented lifestyle are integrated into her valuable level of service. She spends her spare time with family and friends cooking, dining out, aquatic exercising, and enjoying movies. She has been fortunate enough to indulge in these activities while traveling through England, Ireland, France, Italy, and Canada. Paula is an avid reader of mysteries and comedies alike, and an “old school” newspaper is still the best!When working with clients, her strongest asset is her ability to truly engage in conversation and listen, providing her clients with the service that they are uniquely looking for.
