Sheila Balyeat

A former CPA, Sheila made the move into real estate in 2003. She attributes her real-estate success to her financial background and to the integrity, energy, and creative service she brings to every transaction. She tenaciously protects her clients' interests with savvy negotiation skills and cutting-edge marketing strategies. Her clients value the expertise she provides, how she provides it, and the enormous benefits they receive from it. An Ohio native, Sheila graduated from Miami University with a degree in accounting, and has called Bend her home since 1995. She has three children, is an avid yogi and an active local volunteer.
