Kristi Staker

Kristi Staker is the only real estate agent who lives and works exclusively in the area of Zion National Park. After she and husband Allan developed and built Gifford Park in Springdale, the Premier custom home development in Springdale, she became involved in all aspects of Real Estate. 'I have a working knowledge of the town, the ordinances, the community, the businesses and I know most of the people who live and work here. I am familiar with almost all the properties in town. People who are here are usually on vacation and have limited time to look at property. They want someone who is available, knowledgeable and close. That's me.'

Kristi is the top agent in the Zion National Park area for good reason. Her approach and thorough process is quite different from many other realtors. Every October, she and her husband host an annual Dutch Oven Cookout and Barn Dance. This has become a community-wide event to which all of her buyers, sellers and neighbors are invited for a chance to get to know one another.

Kristi loves selling in her small and unique market. The land adjacent to Zion National Park isn't a place that has much room to grow. Property is limited and valuable. Springdale, gateway town to the Park is the only place where you can live surrounded on three sides by Zion National Park! Every property has jaw-dropping red rock views! Most residents can walk to the Zion National Park within minutes of their front door. This is a market with no undesirable properties.

In her spare time, she and her husband love to explore the area, looking for petroglyphs, pictographs, dinosaur tracks and limitless new discoveries in the red rock canyons and deserts of Southern Utah. There's never enough time to do and see everything the area has to offer.
