As a lifelong resident of Rhode Island, Kim grew up in South County and has resided in Barrington for the past 25 years. She believes that education and honesty between a client and an agent is the key to a successful real estate transaction. With her knowledge of the housing market in both the State of Rhode Island, Southeastern Massachusetts, and the West Coast of Sarasota (She works out of the Downtown Sarasota office, servicing surrounding towns such as the following - Long Boat Key, Lido Key, Siesta Key, Lakewood Ranch, Venice and many more) she is able to work with either buyers or sellers to find the right match for their individual real estate goals. Whether it be the 'house of their dreams', a vacation home, or investment property, she is dedicated to finding the best match for each client.

Kim is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and is an active member of the Rhode Island Community with her husband, Nate, and their three grown sons. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Rhode Island Association on of Realtors, Greater Providence Board of Realtors and the Statewide Multiple Listings Service and the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee.
