As a lifelong Manhattan Beach resident, I have developed a true passion for real estate in the South Bay. The Sanderson Family has been investing and selling real estate in this particular market for over 40 years. I am excited to share this unique knowledge and expertise with my clients.
I previously worked in professional athlete management for 12 years. I received my real estate license in 2016 and directly joined Vista Sotheby’s International Realty. As a result of my unique experience, I have developed a global network of buyers and sellers; offering my clients an inside knowledge of potential properties. I pride myself on developing meaningful relationships with my clients to fully understand your real estate goals and advocate on your behalf. My strengths in the areas of communication, marketing, and negotiating have proved to be key in making sure deals are done effectively and efficiently.
To provide enhanced service, I work in partnership with Jennifer Merritt. Jennifer has sold more than $75 million in residential real estate over the past 10 years. She brings a wealth of experience and negotiating skills to each of our transactions.
