When asked to identify her most valuable strength, Maggie Vazquez doesn’t hesitate. “I communicate freely and effectively with people from all cultures and walks of life,” says Maggie. “In an international city like Houston that is home to people from all over the world, there is no more valuable skill for a Realtor.”

Maggie’s strong connection and respect for everyone in the community extends into her relationships with her clients and other real estate professionals. She works well with everyone while never losing sight of her clients’ interests. Maggie is a quick study and a good negotiator, and is particularly adept at building consensus to achieve a common goal. A native Houstonian, Maggie was raised in Pearland, attended Pearland High School, and graduated from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville. Maggie and her husband live in the Cypress area where she volunteers for her children’s school activities as often as possible. When not working, she and her family enjoy “anything outdoors.”
