Bill Schabot

Bill Schabot has been a resident of Vero Beach since 2001. His career previously was focused on commercial construction and development in the hospitality industry including property due diligence, construction and renovation of hotel and residence style resorts. In 1996, Bill obtained his MBA from the University of Central Florida and also became a Certified General Contractor. He has been co-owner of Seaside Construction, operating in Vero Beach, for the past 14 years.

As co-owner and Principal of Seaside Construction, Bill has worked with numerous clients in the acquisition, construction and/or renovation of numerous custom luxury homes and several commercial projects. Bill has focused his activities on the island in Vero Beach and developed an in-depth knowledge of the community and real estate activity in this area. Bill has developed deep knowledge of the key issues involved in the acquisition and construction of ocean front and river front homes.

Through his experience, Bill has engaged and directed many of the best design and architectural firms in North America. The totality of these 30+ years of experience has allowed Bill to develop a unique set of expertise and skills surrounding the negotiation, acquisition and construction of high quality luxury real estate.
