Prior to starting his real estate business, Steve excelled for 15 years with a career in Marketing. Steve worked at Dow Jones, The Wall Street Journal as well as Hearst and Gannett media properties. He brings this vast marketing expertise to real estate. Steve will craft the perfect strategy to match the property with the unique pool of motivated and qualified buyers. Steve also understands the importance of utilizing his ability to analyze and interpret market data in real time to help his clients manage their financial risk and anticipate potential problems so that the decision to purchase or sell is without complication.

His record as a Top Producer is well documented. In 2017, 2018, and 2020 Steve was named a Platinum Top 50 Finalist in San Antonio out of more than 14,000 real estate agents. He was awarded the Rising Star in Real Estate award presented by Five Star Professional and seen in Texas Monthly Magazine in 2015. He has 9 and 10 star ratings from all of his past customers. On a personal note, Steve is the father of three beautiful children and is a President of the Parent Association of Winston School.
