David Parker

David has a BA in Management and Marketing from the University of South Alabama. He led a comprehensive career in business development, management, marketing and customer service. In the mid-1990s while living in Atlanta, David and his wife, Jacque, visited Highlands, NC for the first time and it was love at “first visit.” They planned their relocation strategy and moved to Highlands in 2002.

David has been selling the luxury mountain lifestyle while active in the local community by forming his own community management company, serving as Development Director for The Bascom and serving as the golf services manager for Highlands Country Club and Wildcat Cliffs Country Club. He looks forward to bringing his local knowledge, extensive sales and negotiation skills to clients in real estate transactions.
