Elizabeth "Liz" Morris

Liz moved to Montclair from Manhattan in 1990, while she was working as vice president of marketing for Ralph Lauren. But after years of being involved with her local community and raising a family in Montclair, she ultimately turned her focus back home. She decided to apply her years of luxury-brand marketing to real estate sales across Montclair, Glen Ridge, Bloomfield and Verona – a move that’s placed her among the area’s top Realtors since 2008.

Soon after she started selling homes, Liz took advantage of the market turndown in 2010 by purchasing and fully renovating distressed properties, completing nearly a dozen flips by 2015. That experience instilled crucial knowledge of residential building infrastructure that’s become invaluable when negotiating on behalf of her clients. Liz also has honed a terrific resource list of tradespeople she readily shares with her clients, from first-time purchases to those right-sizing to accommodate new lifestyles. She’s widely praised for being fair, knowledgeable, and a solid business partner – a trusted advisor to her peers both inside and outside of The One Group at Prominent Properties Sothebys Int’l Realty. Liz’s now-grown children attended The Montclair Cooperative School and Verona High School. Liz currently lives in Montclair.
