Elena Araya

Elena serves as the Project Marketing and Sales Director for Costa Rica Sotheby´s International Realty, where she cultivates the company's vision and oversees the overall operation of the world-renowned brand in the country.
Elena joined Sotheby's International Realty in January 2008 as Marketing Manager for the operations of the company in Mexico and Costa Rica, and has played a key role in the company's growth and success ever since.With a degree in Communication and Audiovisual Production from the University of Costa Rica in 2008 and AAS in Photography in Austin, Texas in 2011, she is passionate about strategy, communication and creativity she joined her two careers to provide a value proposition for real estate developers offering project marketing and consulting services for their projects.
In other professional areas, she has experience in planning, organizing and implementing various events at a national and international level for companies such as GlaxoSmithKline and Intel to deliver against multiple stakeholder objectives; and in the area of image and photography she was invited and participated as part of the team of professors of the Universidad Creativa, in Costa Rica.Elena´s main interest is to search, detect and exploit opportunities for the business, accompanied by the right human team to achieve the defined strategic goals.
