In 2004, my husband was building spec houses, and I decided to get my real estate license to sell them. Unbeknownst to me, my new neighbor, Carolyn Ezelle was working on her real estate license as well.
The Ezelles had just moved next door to us in Ardsley Park and we became best friends. Once we both had children, we realized there is never a set schedule to show houses and that to be available for our clients, we would need to share the responsibility of raising children while working. That was the beginning of the Ezelle-Strong Real Estate team, founded in 2004. Now, one of us can show houses while the other drives children to sporting events and activities. It is a win for our clients as well, with two people able to be networking for one client! Carolyn and I specialize in Ardsley Park, downtown, and the islands. I have lived in almost every neighborhood in Savannah so am very familiar with all areas.
I am originally from New Orleans and graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in International Business and a Minor in French. Before moving to Savannah to marry my husband, I lived in New York and Charleston, SC. I'm a proud mother of three daughters. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, boating, yoga, painting, jogging with my golden doodle, and playing tennis and pickle ball.
There is so much to love about Savannah. For me, the best parts are walking around the squares downtown, popping into coffee shops, listening to trumpet players on street corners, checking out new paintings in the galleries, and going to film festivals. I also love packing a picnic and boating to the barrier islands.
We're proud to say that our collaborative strategy has led to a proven success closing over $200 million in Residential Sales with consistent sales in Ardsley Park, Downtown Savannah, the surrounding Island Communities, and Tybee Island.
