Laird Bunch

Laird is President and an Owner of Brandywine Fine Properties Ltd/Sotheby's International Realty and is licensed in Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland. With the formation of Brandywine Fine Properties he has taken on the task of developing new business and expanding the Sotheby's Brand in all 3 states. In addition to listing and selling real estate locally, Laird specializes in high-end residential sales and land development. Laird has lived, worked, traveled and studied world-wide including Asia and Europe. His previous experience includes working in the film business for Sony Pictures and Walt Disney Productions and the technology field in sales with Citysearch.com and USA Networks. He is an avid golfer and tennis player, as well as a PADI certified diver and NOLS graduate (National Outdoor Leadership School). Laird attended Valley Forge Military Academy and was a Political Science major at the University of Delaware. Laird has a talent of putting people together which has helped in all aspects of his business as well as his personal life. He uses his abundance of contacts and his sales ability to ensure seamless transactions in every real estate endeavor. Laird and Tori have two beautiful daughters, Campbell (9) and Frances (7) and he is terrified of them becoming teenagers someday.
