Ted has sold real estate for over 18 years with Dielmann Sotheby's International
Realty. Ted is consistently a top agent in the region.

Architecture is Ted's passion. Today Ted lives in a Bernoudy-designed mid-century
gem built in 1950 and shares his family's 1850's Pike County farmhouse that is on the National Registry of Historic Places. Ted has sold properties created by all of the great St. Louis architects: Maritz & Young, Isadore Shank, William Bernoudy, Harris Armstrong, Ralph Fournier, Frederick Dunn & Phillip Durham.

Public relations is important to Ted's marketing mix. Ted is on the boards of the St. Louis Art Museum Friend's, St. Louis Fashion Fund
Friends, The Sheldon Friends, Missouri Baptist Healthcare Foundation Board and
Board President of the Tennessee Williams Festival. Ted is the co-chair of the
Stranger than Fiction: Art of Innovation Gala for the St. Louis Public Library in
addition to several other event committees. Ted is a member of the Leffingwell
Society at Forest Park and on the Federal Club of the HRC.

Ted grew up in Ladue and attended St. Louis Prior for high school. Ted's education continued at Lake Forest College and later received his Executive MBA from Washington University's Olin School Of Business. Ted has two sons, Ira and Nick who are in medical software and gaming.
