Linda Rich was recently ranked by Real Trends in the top one-half of 1% for individual agents in California based on closed sales volume. She specializes in the Agoura Hills, Oak Park, Westlake Village and Thousand Oaks markets.

A native of Washington DC, Linda’s family later moved to Marietta, Georgia. After graduating from the University of Georgia with a degree in Marketing, she moved to California and has been working in real estate since. Over the past 30 years Linda has seen the Conejo Valley, the area she lives and works in, mature into a highly desirable place to reside and raise a family. Linda’s home selling approach includes styling the properties in an emotionally appealing manner. This is a signature element of her strategy which not only takes pressure off of the homeowner, but has also earned her a record of shorter-than-average selling times. Linda’s enjoyment and expertise of styling helps her create inviting spaces that forge personal connections with potential buyers.

In her spare time, you’ll find Linda hiking the gorgeous Chesebro trails, loading up on fresh produce at the bustling Westlake Village Farmer’s Market, or greeting every dog that crosses her path on her neighborhood runs. Her love of dogs and a heart for people with disabilities drew her to support a nonprofit called Canine Companions for Independence. “CCI is one of those admirable organizations that uplifts the lives of everyone involved,” she says. “These animals act as emotional and physical support for the disabled recipient; it’s truly an honor to serve others by supporting CCI.”
