Susan Eickmeier

Susan is an award-winning, full-service real estate professional providing exemplary service and satisfaction to her clients since 1987. In her first four years, Susan focused her career on the pre-sale condominium market which has given her a broader range of experience in the real estate market. She then moved to Central Toronto's Uptown residential housing market in 1991, actively selling both houses and condominiums. Susan has lived with her family on Mason Boulevard in the prestigious Cricket Club neighbourhood since 1996. At this time, Susan began to work exclusively promoting the Cricket Club area, becoming a highly respected and reputable agent by her clients and colleagues.

Throughout her career, Susan has received numerous awards, including the Gardiner Award and the Diamond Award of Merit. These achievements reflect her dedication, strong work ethic, and integrity, always putting the needs of her buyers and sellers above all else.

Prior to her career in real estate, Susan studied languages at the University of Toronto. Upon completion of her studies, she moved to Milan and was hired as an interpreter for “Fiera Internazionale Di Milano”, where she represented international companies for their English, Italian, and French translation negotiations. While in Milan, she also taught English to Italian business professionals at the International Teaching Centre of Milan on Via Maurizio Gonzala. These wonderful experiences further broadened Susan's negotiation and communication skills, her ability to read people, and gave her the opportunity to travel extensively.

Susan's business also includes working with numerous international clients helping families relocate to Toronto and settle into their communities with clients from Paris, Lisbon, England & Los Angeles to name a few. Susan has been involved in numerous charitable organizations and is currently sitting on the Children's Aid Foundation of Canada committee. She also volunteered on numerous committees at The Bishop Strachan School where her daughters attended.
