Early in her career Slajda aligned herself with developers gaining access to the highly competitive preconstruction condo market during its peak. Her relationships led to the prestigious positions as Director of Sales for 300 Collins (developed by JMH Group & designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen) and 87 Park by Renzo Piano (developed by Terra). The projects were based in South Beach and Miami Beach, respectively, two of Miami’s most coveted zip codes.
Throughout this formative experience, Sladja honed her branding, marketing, and attentive customer service skills. Her shift from preconstruction to luxury real estate was natural as well as strategic. The luxury home market affords deeper relationships with select clients. One of Sladja favorite aspects of her work is figuring out her clients’ real estate needs and meeting them. Almost immediately after turning her sights to the luxury home market, Sladja closed high-profile sales on La Gorce Island and Pinetree Drive.
Sladja is a fierce negotiator who flexes her muscles beyond the real estate world, and she never stops learning. Her focus on continued education has earned her membership in the Luxury Home Institute and CRS, ABR, TRC designations.
