Tiffany Clark

Tiffany is a Raleigh native who has watched the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area evolve into one of the most desirable and dynamic areas to live in the country. She has an exceptional knowledge of the various neighborhoods and subdivisions in our wonderfully diverse market and never tires of looking at houses. She loves matching clients and homes.


Clients consistently report that Tiffany is a broker who goes the extra mile with both customer service and market analysis. She is described as an active listener and a number-cruncher — two skills that serve her clients well in this fast-paced market. Tiffany works on both the listing and buying side of transactions and enjoys working with first-time buyers and sellers, as well as more seasoned clients and investors.


In addition, Tiffany has experience in real estate development. She understands the various stages of both the building process and the sales cycle. Consequently, she knows how to position new properties in the marketplace to optimize the opportunity for successful sales.


While growing up in Raleigh, Tiffany attended St. Timothy’s, Ravenscroft, and St. Mary’s schools before heading to UNC Chapel Hill to earn her undergraduate degree. Besides being a Tar Heel, she admits to being a “Cap Groupie” and spent many hours in the Broughton stands watching her brothers play football and baseball. Tiffany earned a master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from UNC-Greensboro and worked as a clinical dietitian before leaving nutrition consulting to embark on her career in real estate.



Tiffany is married to Bill, an Eastern North Carolina native and relishes close ties with many friends in that part of the state. The Clarks have two children who recently graduated from UNC Chapel Hill. Tiffany attends White Memorial Presbyterian Church. Her hobbies include fly fishing, boating, reading, and traveling; she especially appreciates learning about history and art. Her philanthropic pursuits involve fighting homelessness, promoting education, and supporting art in our greater Raleigh area.
