Ashley Barrington-Mace

Ashley moved to the United States from England in 1992 after winning a Green Card in the International Lottery and soon thereafter made his home in San Francisco. In 2003, he began his career as a Realtor. Having owned both residential and investment property in England, Spain and California, he is no stranger to the subtleties and complexities of real estate transactions as a buyer, a seller and an agent.

Ashley has completed specialist training in the marketing of luxury homes and estate properties, and is both a Certified Residential Specialist and a Certified Member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. A Realtor is a fiduciary agent for his or her clients, legally obligated to do everything possible to protect and further their interests. By applying his years of experience, an in-depth knowledge of the market and a skillful, no-nonsense approach to negotiations, his entire practice is based upon fulfilling that essential responsibility.

Ashley consistently ranks in San Francisco’s top tier of agents in sales volume and takes great pride that most of his business comes from past clients using him again for new transactions, or from the friends, family and co-workers they refer to him. He is grateful for the continued loyalty of an exceptional clientele.

Ashley’s greatest passion in life is travel - and lots of it! He has traveled to over 100 countries and is a veteran of over 80 cruises, primarily on Crystal Cruises and his favorite ships are the Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity.
