Roger Drakes

Stories usually include hopes, dreams and heartbreaks. Roger is no different in this sense, and, as a 'family first' guy, he is always working his hardest to be the best at what he does to fulfill dreams. It is this honest realization and platform that helps him serve others better, knowing that we are all just trying to find that happy, peaceful place in life. He believes the right home is the quintessential starting point to build upon.

Before entering real estate, Roger had a successful music production career in Europe. This is where he got a taste for doing what he loved while paying the mortgage. His passion for real estate developed organically by always working to build a life for his family, and this life started with the home. Selling homes was a natural transition, an industry still creative (marketing homes) and still seeing people enjoy what he delivers when they close escrow. He understands the people-first approach and appreciates everyone’s individual, unique desires - that what is important to the individual is where one rests their head each night.

As of 2010, Roger has worked in California starting his real estate career as a foreclosure purchaser for investors and now as a Real Estate Agent with Sotheby's International Realty. The years doing flips with investors gave him an in-depth education on the underlining aspects of buying and selling property. Now his focus is marketing and customer service so he can creatively tailor a custom campaign to an individual’s needs at the time needed. He's always available to 'listen first' to meet his client’s needs, then he creates a campaign to achieve everyone's goals.

Roger is a member of the Beverly Hills Board of Realtors and proud to serve his community.
