Kristen Seay is aJacksonvillenative who grew up surrounded by afamily of entrepreneurs and real estate developers. After graduating from The Episcopal School of Jacksonville in 1992, KristenattendedHollins Universitywhere she balanced the demands of playingonthe tennis team and completing herB.A.degree in Communications. After graduatingfrom Hollins in 1996, Kristen returned as a counselor and director of the tennis program to CampIllaheein North Carolina whereshe attended as a camper in her youth.Upon marrying her husband,Everette,they embarked on a life driven by his Army career. The family spent 1 yearliving in upstate New York and returnedto Jacksonvillein 1998.
Since returning home to Jacksonville and in addition to rearing her son and daughter, Kristen has worked in theDevelopment Office atHubbard House; as chair of theCummerBall; as chair of the 50thAnniversary Gala at the Episcopal School of Jacksonville; asChair of the Jacksonville Country Day School Gala; as a Committee Chairand Memberofthe Wolfson’s Women’s Board and in a variety ofpositions within the Episcopal Boosters, JCDS Parents’ Association, and the ArmadaFootballClub Youth Academy.
Additionally, Kristenbuilt her own business as aconsultant withRodan& Fields,a globalleader in the skincare market. That entrepreneurial endeavor allowed her to establishnationwide relationshipshelping promote health and well-beingthrough individualized skincare regimens and education.
Throughout her personal, civic, and professional experiences, Kristenfocused on creating lasting relationships whichconnect people to goals and experiences. Using the interpersonal and business skills she’s developed over the years, she looks forward to usingher knowledge of the Jacksonville area toprovide personalized insight tohomebuyers and sellers who arelooking to create their ownexperience in our wonderful city.
Kristen and her husband, Everette, who is a Financial Advisor with MassMutual, live in San Marco with their son anddaughter.As a self-described “beach girl”, she lovesbeing by the ocean looking for sharks’ teeth,reading, traveling, andwatching herchildrenplay sports.
