Primarily, being based out of Goa for 8 years, Karan has undertaken various restoration and construction projects in Goa & Chandigarh. As well as land banking in Coastal Maharashtra, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Andamans Islands and Coorg. This lends him a keen insight into the local environment, understanding both its advantages and challenges and knowing how to manoeuvre through them.
