Mary possesses a proven track record in residential real estate development from pre-launch sales initiatives to the closing and delivery of new product. Mary began her promising real estate career in Miami Beach selling and leasing luxury properties ( Millionares Row) The Carriage House, Seacoast Towers, The Oliver House, Rooney Plaza . She was then given the opportunity to join one of New York's premier residential developers, which allowed her to hone her skills in the most competitive market in the nation. Being co-licensed in New York and Florida proved priceless, as this added to her extensive portfolio of luxury condominium projects including The Cove Club in Battery Park City, NY.

After returning home to Miami, Mary joined The Related Group to provide at The Yacht Club in Aventura. Her great success in this venture was followed with being part of the team at Biltmore Village in Coral Gables as Managing Broker.. Due to her excellent track record for providing the highest level of client relations, integrity, and expertise, Mary joined Athena Karlton SoBe at The Waverly in South Beach.

Following the great success of that project, Mary Perez-King joined the renowned Chicago developer Evangeline Gouletas as Managing Broker/Sales Manager and led her sales team to the successful sellout of 360 units. Her team exceeded closings in the first 3 months, surpassing all company and market expectations in one of Skyline's largest projects. This insurmountable success was followed with the successful launch and sales of 369 units for Skyline at Mary Brickell Village residences, this project was sold twice during the time the developer carried the project.

Mary was the Sales Director/ Managing Broker for Eloquence on the Bay, a 120 luxury waterfront residences in North Bay Village. According to the 2007 Miami Sun Post, this is considered the "Best New Project with Marina," and represents the international developer Domus One Group. Since the downturn of the real estate market, Mary has given new life to the lease-up and sales efforts by directing her team through the worst years the real estate market has encountered in several decades. Mary has experienced the great success of revitalizing sales and exceeding expectations in terms of luxury units sold in her market.

Currently Mary is excited to join Cervera Real Estate as a Broker Associate for “The Ocean Resort Residences Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach “Project.

Active in her community, Mary is on the board of the "Josefina P. Castano Kidney Foundation" raising funds for patients on dialysis, raising awareness on organ donations and the annual "Thanksgiving Turkey Distribution Drive". Mary is also the Publisher of “Libertad News”, a monthly newspaper publication informing the Spanish community in Miami Dade.
