Patrick Downtain

A longtime resident of the foothill communities, Patrick has established an active real estate career spanning over 30 years as well as an excellent reputation for professionalism among his clients and colleagues alike. He maintains that at least three important factors have contributed to that success including extensive management experience, professional broker relationships, and community support.

Management and sales experience has taught him to work with people from a customer service standpoint. He feels well equipped to understand the client's real estate needs and to look at each prospective transaction from the client's point of view.

He also cannot over emphasize the real value of professional broker relationships, working in a professional environment that supports him and works on behalf of his clients with an attitude of integrity and mutual respect.
