Timothy McDougall

Tim McDougall is a Broker Associate with Sotheby’s International Realty focused on providing a positive experience for buyers and sellers of real estate in California. Born in Detroit and raised in Atlanta, Tim has been a Thousand Oaks resident for over 20 years. He has a keen and conscientious approach to relating to others. Throughout his far-reaching professional sales and marketing career, he has traveled extensively and experienced many cultures. People enjoy his energy, honest approach, and his effective ability to act in the best interest of his clients. Tim is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and locally, The Conejo Simi Moorpark Association of Realtors. He was recognized as the 2019 CSMAR Influencer of the Year, elected to the CSMAR Board of Directors 2021, and currently he is serving as President Elect 2022. Previous positions include local Government Relations Committee and chairman of the Equal Opportunity, Community Outreach, and Cultural Diversity Committee. Tim also serves as a member of the Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce where he received the honor of being the 2021 Ambassador of the Year. He enjoys being a part of the Legislative Round Table and his involvement with community events. Publicly, he is a member of the Thousand Oaks Citizens Emergency Response Team (CERT). Tim loves to spend time with his family and the Southern California lifestyle. He is an avid automotive enthusiast and has made appearances in television and movies.
