In addition to being familiar with buyers in this niche of the market, Chris has also had success exclusively representing projects for developers in Tribeca, Soho, Hell’s Kitchen, and the Upper East Side.

During his time as a broker, he has sold extensively along the Fifth and Park Avenue corridors as well as the increasingly popular downtown market.
